Use the Search feature and also check out the FAQs in the prelude section. That should keep you busy.

 

Pretty much any of the big brands work..

cp, wiseco, pauter, eagle, whatever. They all work alright. If you plan on doing the head, I would suggest supertech.

Just look in peoples sigs, or build threads and see what brands theyre rollin with.,
