Skunk 2 Pro S Coil over Spring rates for 1989-1991 CRX
I requested the spring rates for the coilovers I bought and this was the response.

rating at 446 in the front and 335 in the rear</TD></TR></TABLE>
I don't doubt that Skunk knows what they are doing, but I have seen a lot of people quoting their own set up going with mid 400's up front and mid 500's out back. I don't have any immediate plans to track the car due to reliability state of my power train. In the future I plan to do so. So with the rates I have what should I expect?
I will put these on of course $450 shipped for an entry level coilover I just couldn't pass it up. I also have ES master set bushings going in, and a Suspension Techniques rear sway bar. I was looking to get these trailing arm inserts from PasswordJDM.com as well as the usual strut bracing.
