i just got my 02 rsx-s about 3 months ago and i am slowly adding things to it now its time for a cat back

i cant decide between the greddy sp2 or evo2

as of now all i have is a injen sri

parts that will be ordered this month

k-pro is a must!
bcrh
bc or s2000 valves, springs and retainers
toda cams


i will be going n/a with this car as my crx is boosted testing the waters with this car i like the sp2 cause it is quite almost too quite, looks stock and the I.D is like 2.37? not sure if that would hinder any kind of real gains when i do get k-pro and get tuned , if so should i just go with he evo2 but i dont want it to be too loud like a droning annoying sound

any suggestions

I personally like the evo 2 better but its your car mang put what you want on it. As for losing power with the sp2, I dont think you would, Im pretty sure youd jsut have more low end power.

To be honest my greddy ti-c is really quiet. A lot quieter than I would have thought. On the highway you can't even tell you have exhaust just crusing in 6th.

 

i would go with different cams like ips or Rcrew cams i dont think toda made good cams for the k-series they made betterones for the B-series

 

yeah it was toda or ips was not sure which one ....i choose toda cause they were wow in my old b16 hatch.....i will do more research on the ips and decide real soon

 

If your planning on going with toda cams and a kpro, why dont you just go ahead and buy todas Spec A3 engine kit.

gains on both exhaust should be the same
