Im COMPLETELY retarded...
Ive been wanting to do a rear disc brake conversion on my b16a 91 crx dx and bought a 90 crx si for parts...and JUST READ that the 90-91 si crx come with rear discs....i have EVERYTHING i need to complete the swap right...all of this is a true statement right...

i didnt ask really, i just kinda, came upon a thread on HT that someone had said 90-91 si's have rear disc's, and ive been wanting to get them off a DA, but now i can just take them off mine lol

what all do i need to do to make my crx with drums have discs? ive searched, but couldnt find the exact answer from crx to crx
any help? hopefully i wont get bashed, if i do o well, i looked...

yes you need the disc ebrake cables, since the drum cables will not work. you need to change out the prop valve, and brake lines. that should be it. i dont think you need to swap out the MC unless your going to upgrade your front brakes to integra brakes, but then you would need to use the MC from an integra.
The Si master cylinder is larger and I'd definately swap it over, also to clarify brake lines = the soft lines, the hard lines are all fine.

yea....that MAY be easier then fuking with the breaks..hell..sometimes motor swaps can be less of a headache then breaks..
