ls/vtec with automatic tranny.

i have a 98 teg with auto tranny. i got a friend with a b16 head he could sell me. would the tranny hold me up on speed and quickness?

it depends on how much power you plan on making.

An all out build would most likely be too much for it, but az moderate one may be okay.

its a pretty built head. i think it good for around 9k rpms. what about ecu to up the rev limiter

youll have ot have a chipped ecu...

One that works with vtec and automatic.

DC1 anyone...? Why not just convert it to 5-speed or better a H2B or K series.

just get a gsr/b16/itr tranny and you will be faster and have more fun than any auto ls/vtec out there.
