well I have the DC5 Recaros with some wear on the side bolsters so I ordered the OEM replacements through http://www.capitalseating.co.uk ...got them in 1 week
Ordered all 4 bolster foams, and 1L/1R alcantara bolster covers = about $450 shipped to the U.S.

Recaro USA cannot order JDM/Euro OEM replacement parts just like how we cannot order JDM parts through our local Honda/Acura dealers

so how does the foam bolster fit? i also wanted to order dc5 foam bolsters, but all they have are the dc2 ones. they said it would fit fine, but i'm not so sure since the dc2 and dc5 bolsters are different in shape

same here. pretty interesting. Im sure if the price wasnt so high most of us would replace our worn side bolsters.

shipping alone was about $50 .....
and about stitching, the lower side bolsters are attached seperately to the seating cushion and held by rods...you'll see what I'm talking about if you look at the bottom of the JDM Recaros....I will post some pics this weekend when I change them out
