only thing missing is the rod bearings...

But you should try and get the acl bearing kit,it comes with the main,rod,and thrust for around $100 last time i checked..

And do you have a seal/gasket kit already?

with a stage 3 cam you'll need stiffer valve springs and might as well upgrad the retainers..

If you want oem its about 200 from here ,you'll need 001 and 002

https://www.hondapartsdeals.co...E++20

if you dont mind aftermarket you can check out http://rockauto.com,,if i remember they have complete kits for about 140-150 for the d16z6,but some people are just more comfortabe with honda oem seals.

I used rock gaskets except for my headgasket which is cometic. They hold up well.

There is a SOHC that I saw dyno'd not long ago (search the name bearsEK), IIRC it had about the same setup, although the head had no porting done. With a 57trim t3/t04e it made ~368whp at 17psi or something - on 93octane. They could have done more, but didn't.

I've also seen a mildy built sohc with all-stock intake/head/tb, and it was hitting a wall at ~335whp (another 57trim IIRC) The cam will help with overall power and spool time, but all the valves will do is give you piece-of-mind. Old valves don't drop very often. BTW with an OEM 3-layer MLS headgasket and those pistons (assuming no decking/shaving has been done), it will be ~8.22:1 CR - I've done the math. You can also get the pistons cheaper via summitracing.com, and the rods cheaper via sponsers here.

Hope you dont want to run high boost! That oem headgasket will never survive. Use a Cometic headgasket for piece of mind. Also, I used the ACL race bearing's in my build without a problem.
