Default Time for new distributor??

My car has been running like **** lately so I finally had a chance to took off my distributor cap to find out what the hell is going on.... well look what I found:



should I replace the whole damn thing or just the cap?

Replace your cap and rotor with oem parts from acura. Remove it from the car and blow the dizzy our with compressed air, and turn it by hand to see if there is any play in the shaft due to a bad bearing
