91 CRX ZC Swap problem (Crank Position)

Default 91 CRX ZC Swap problem (Crank Position)

Swaped SOHC zc moter with modified Odb0 harness, stock ecu. Car cranks up but dies when gas givin. Throws error CPS. And o2. theres no o2 sensor. What first?

code 9 means there is a problem with the distributor or with the distributor wiring - not related, but fix the O2

Was the car an Si, cause if it was it's a straight engine swap. You should be throwing codes.

If it was a Dx, and you did the MPFI swap, and look into it again. You must of crossed a wire for that sensor.

I used a dist. off of a 95 DX.

The 95 DX distributer is OBD1 and will not work with an OBD0 ECU. You either have to convert the car to OBD1 or get an OBD0 distributer.

Because he hacked an OBD1 distributor into there. This is a problem unless the motor is OBD1.
