Looking to find a prelude sunroof since my old one is pretty much rusted out. Anyone know where i can find a sunroof for the car besides ebay?

 

your Local Honda dealership

 

get yourself a 97-01 glass sunroof. you will never have to worry about rust.
this is what you need:
97 up prelude glass assembly
97 up brackets that hold the glass
about 10 small washers

remove your interior trim piece to expose the 8 10mm nuts holding the panel in
remove the old brackets, these will be held on with small phillips head screws
you will need to remove the entire headliner.
after the new glass is reinstalled with new brackets, you will see it sits too high.
you will need to probably add shims to the front 4 bolts that hold the whole assembly to the roof of the car.
Depending on your particular car, you may need more shims.
add you shims before you replace the interior,( I learned the hard way)

It's only ~5 pounds heavier.

If you never use the sun roof, you can always buy a plug for it, drops a substantial amount of weight.

 

I have one just sitting in my garge! 150 bucks its yours!!!

 

150.00 is a good price, I paid 200.00 for mine. One from the dealer is about 425.00. Yeah 5 pounds more but I think it is worth it.

get a CF one. there is a skin replacement option without needing the plug the hole if you like sunroof functionality

yes! it came out of my 5th gen.

 

if its in mint condition 150 is a bit steap but would still sell
