decent clutch for d series?? (for y7/y8 mini me over summer)

Default decent clutch for d series?? (for y7/y8 mini me over summer)

im goin to be doing a mini me over the summer but the first thing im doin is changing my y7 tranny to a y8 b4 i swap out any other y7 parts and switch to y8.. im plannin on lil boost for daily driven in the future..

i odnt kno much about clutchs, flywheels, etc etc.. which clutch would be useful in the future?

all 92-00 hydrolic d-series clutches are the same.

For a mini-me swap you won't need an agressive clutch. You're only getting like 10-15 more whp. But if you plan on doing some mild boost a mild upgrade from OEM shoud be plenty.

If you are going to boost it later, I would recommend the organic exedy clutch. It's a 6 spring organic clutch disc with good customer support, and quality parts.


gripforce clutches on ebay has exedy products at very competitive pricing, fast shipping, and good customer support.
