Default will a OBD2 JDM VTEC solenoid work on a USDM OBD2 Motor & ECU?

I have a USDM B16 motor which is OBD2. I need to get a VTEC soloenoid and I have found one that from a JDM OBD2 motor.

Will this work on the USDM motor with the stock EM1 or ITR Ecu?

Nobody knows?

I know most JDM ECU's will work just fine, but anyone know if the JDM ECU will work for US emissions?

All solenoids are 12v activated. They will work with with either ecu.

the JDM solenoid doesnt have a pressure switch built in. Most US ECUs will look to activate it, and then throw a CEL. I wanted to know if there were any OBD2 ECUs that dont look for the pressure switch.

all B series ones are interchangable.
