Default 00 civic si factory alarm

Ok like the topic says my alarm remote went out and i put a new battery but it unprogramed and now i am unable to start my car. Ant suggestion on what I can do to disarm the alarm and get my car started to take it to honda so they can reprogram the remote and alarm?
