dead cylinder, already searched checked alot of stuff too
B18c1 w/ 26 miles
I built a motor and put it in my car and let it warm up, it ran fine. I filled with coolant, blah blah blah. Drove the car that night, it ran fine. I parked it, cranked it up about 30 minutes later and I have a dead cylinder.
I have checked compression (181-183 across the board), had injectors checked and changed the order of them, checked power at injector, checked valve lash, spark plug will arc approx. 4". Firing order is correct. changed plugs around.
I know the #4 cylinder is dead because with the car idling I can pull the #4 plug wire and the car sounds the same (skipping) but If I pull any other wires the motor dies.

ground the plug wire and listen for spark (itll be a rapid clicking, it sounds like you did this already). If you have spark, obviously check your injector (sounds like you already have done this as well) but listen to it with a stethoscope then compare to the other injectors. If that checks out.. its possible that the valve cover seal is leaking oil or something and is fouling the plug.
If all of that checks out, check the compression again man..

Looks like you have check most of the stuff. Move injector 3 over to 4 and vice versa. Move spark plug 2 over to 4 and vice versa. Does misfire move with a part?
The ECM grounds the injector to fire it, you want to put your meter on the terminal of the injector and check that one pin stays at 12V all the time and one pin will fluctuate from 12V to 0V. As the injector is fired this terminal goes to 0V... ECU grounds the injector. Make sure it does... compare with another cylinder.

I have switched the plugs and injectors around. I checked the terminals for the injectors and i get a steady 12v at one side and the other side seems to be a pulsing ground and if I check across the two terminals I get a pulsing 4.5-6v or somewhere in that area.
