Default cylinder misfire

I have a '94 civic CX with the D15B6 and cylinder number 3 stopped firing? I replaced the plug wire and spark plug, and took the cap out while the motor was running, idle didn't drop or anything it chugs alittle like it always does, but the idle stays the same and the spark plug wire is sparking agains't a ground. tried switching out plugs, nothing Cylinder #3 seems to be getting the plugs wet with oil too. What would cause this, any suggestions?

d15b6.....?

i would check the compression, to see if your getting any blow-by. also check the seals on the valve cover, those were bad on mine and i was getting a ton of oil blowing by....the wires may play a role to,

i know when i bought my car, the previous owner had OBX wires and those didn't seal right and they leaked oil past and got it all covered in oil

I was just told to check the plug for gas and it was dry of gas...so i'm guessing the injector is stuck closed or its malfunctioning. Anyone got any injectors that will work?
