Cons
EXPENSIVE
If JDM ITR is used, the 36mm axle 32mm hub problems occur
what does that mean? lets say its going in a 97 dx hatch. axle bolt wont fit or what?

hmm ive always thought it swap in no problem. ls,si, axles boom its in, but type r huh. what you think you gotta upgrade the hub or something?
The original statement is referring to the fact that if you're running a JDM ITR suspension, you'll have to use the 36mm JDM ITR axles to fit the JDM ITR hubs.
If you're simply doing an engine swap and aren't using the JDM ITR suspension, you can use standard 32mm B-series axles.

The same, just depends on the hub/spline at end.
