turbo gsr
Look. I know you guys are probly going to call me a newb but ... whatever. Ive got a eg coupe with a jdm gsr engine in it (stock) I'm debating on whether fixing up an ls turbo block and slapping the gsr head on it. But I hear ls/vtecs are unreliable... if thats true is it a bad idea to go gsr turbo?
boost what you have
lsvtecs got a bad rap of being unreliable because idiots that dont know what they're doing build them, blow them, then bitch about them on the internet.

there is nothing wrong with the jdm gsr's 10.6:1 compression ratio

Boost your current motor, why boost an ls-vtec motor if your already hesistant about the reliability of the ls-vtec, and on top of that you want to boost it as well? Cmon, think buddy, you know better the gsr is set already, just boost it w/supporting mods and an awesome tune, and call it a day.
