I'm running a custom 6 puck sprung clutch with the 7lb fidanza flywheel. If you're changing it out, might as well get a light fly too! I don't recommend any Stage 2 or 3 clutch because the load capacity is too extreme. Mine is rated up to 350lb torque and makes it rough for traffic.

Before I got that, I wanted and will recommend the Exedy / Daikin mfg. version of the OEM clutch. Better quality with the forgiveness for daily driving.

What is your performance plans?

OEM Flywheel (not-resurfaced, mine was in great condition) and Pressure Plate (New), with a Toda Street Clutch, and I think it is great.
It feels like stock engagement, but at full throttle shifts or when launching it really grabs pretty tight.

Stock or 9lb flywheel (comptech if you can find one)
Stock clutch disc
ACT Street pressure plate

Its proven, its easy, and its problem free.
