Default B16 swap $$$ question

So im looking around for what my next project should be and i really want to do a b16 swap into a civic or crx. So anyway, i was looking around to price it out and i ended up on passwordjdm.com. I noticed for a b16 OBD0 complete swap (non lsd) its priced at 1699.99 which i thought was a decent price until i saw that they are selling just the long block for 699.99! Is the wiring harness, the trans, and the ecu that comes with the long block in the complete swap seriously worth the extra 1000 bucks? Or would it be cheaper to get the long block for 699.99 and then find everything else on my own?

it all depends on what model civic your going to do the swap into. You can pick up shortblocks for next to nothing. Go with the b18 not b16. You'll be happier in the end

Shouldn't even be buying any swap from password anyway. If you look around locally you can probably find a GSR swap for 1700-1800
