Default after suspension install and alignment very bad inner tire wear

I just got done reading some of the other post that face inner tire wear, and i understand toe is the main cause of inner tire wear. first of all my setup..
88 crx si with a b16a
eibach pro / tokico illuminas

i dont have the print out right now of my alignment but when i had it done eth tech said my wheel bearings were very loose. Would this affect my toe?

it definnatley looks like i have negative chamber and my wheel vibrates alot when im driving and especially when i brake.

so my solution is going to replace the ball joints and wheel bearings get a shop to press them in then ill have to get new tires and then get an alingment and make sure my chamber is in the spec range and my toe is zero? If anyone thinks that my promblems lies somewhere else please explain. Tanks

yes, end of story. fix your car. check the whole suspension and steering. driving around like that messes with everything. play in your suspension is like cancer, it spreads to every moving component.
