help with code 17

i have code 17, its vss code, i found the wire from the ecu its yellow and red, but i dont know where it goes to the engine bay, can anyone help plz?!

I'f you're running an electronic VSS then you just need to splice the lead wire to that yellow/red wire...if running cable, speed sensor is on your cluster.

thanks, it happened when i was trying to put a jdm pr3 ecu, then when i put my pm6 i still have the CEL on, i dont have electronic vss, do u think that the wire is damaged when i was trying to unplug the ecu?
