Default Dust ring

So I was told I have to remove dust rings from my hubs to make my Da axles fit in my CRX B16 swap. Im not sure what the dust rings look like? Iv seen the crapy hlms pic but that **** just doesnt help. Anyone have a real pic?

ya man I just had this problem doing my b swap, I put the axles in and tighten down the nuts without removing the dust covers on the inner knuckle and found out tires werent turning in the air in nuetral lol...so I asked a friend on aim and he told me to take axles back out and you can miss the covers...there like lil round plates with a lip on it, stick a flat blade on the side of it and pop it out...mean time I try find a picture.

yeah that's it,sometimes they come out nice and easy some times they're hard..

Also you may have to remove the dust ring from the integra's axle..(some dont even have it depending on brand)

Anyone have any techniques on how to get this ring out. Ive been trying for about 30 min in 105 degree weather and I can get this ****** out!

a flat sharp edge will do the trick. to phoenix heat! i ******* hate it
