fuel system help please
hi guys.
got a problem. just dropped a new built motor into my 1995 VTEC. bottom end assembled by laskey racing, stock head, nothing major. we tried to fire it up today after going over everything and it just wouldn't go. car cranks fine, but doesn't even want to try to catch.
we verified spark, there is fuel pressure at the fuel rail, but we found that the injectors were not opening. not even pulsing. checked voltage at the injectors and not getting the reference signal we should be getting. we traced 2 connectors on the passenger side of the car and the helms told us they were TDC (green plug) and CRANK POSITION (grey plug). i thought those were in the distributer for OBD1? can not find a place for them to plug into anywhere. since the injectors don't have a reference signal, of course they are not opening. its the only thing holding me back from being tuned. any ideas?

im stumped to why the injectors won't pulse. even had a spare injector laying around and hooked up the clip to it while other one was in the rail. no pintle action from cranking. so its not the injectors themselves.
