track?
my friend's stock type r ran 15.5 at the track w/ 180000 mileage. I thought type r suppose to run mid 14's or so. My 96 gsr ran 15.3 w/ 1900000, i/h/e. My friend dyno his type r and got 175 hp and 119 torque.His motor is a 96 b18c5. I thought type r suppose to be 185 to 195hp?

There is a VERY common problem amongst Type-Rs (Or any cars, for that matter) that causes bad times at the track: Bad drivers.
Your friend needs to learn to drive, I got 1.2 seconds faster than that, with a completely destroyed clutch.

195hp at the flywheel. HP at the wheels are less due to drivetrain loss. 160's-170's is what they range at the wheels.
