i talked to my tuner and machine shop.. he said first time start it and let the rpms jump from 1-3.5K back and forth for 30 minutes and that will break in the seals and rings, then change the oil, then drive soft for next couple of hundred miles and den change the oil again wit ur fav. oil. and ur good to go. thats wat i was told my multiple people cuz im in middle of finishin my set up and gonna be breaking it in soon too
Run regular old mineral oil for the first 10K miles.
I still stand by breaking it in easy for the first 1,000...then change the oil...then do 3 3,000 mile oil changes and when you hit 10K you can make the jump to synthetic

I know its about bikes but its the same thing for cars
FYI, honda when cars come out of the factory they put the cars on dyno 2mins after they are built, putting them to the top of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear
