Well i'm not going to say any names this time, but i still have not recieved my hood from this company and it has been at least 6-7 months now and it's kinda ridiculous to say the least. I was told that i would recieve the hood like 2 weeks after i ordered it and it never came suprisingly, i waited it out for 3 months until i made a post asking what was up and got a lot of flack for calling them out(still wasn't really a call out), because they are supposed to be good business men and they are pretty well known on this forum. I had pmed them about just getting money back because i have no use for the hood now(gave up while back), he said that he would transfer the money back into my account(never happened), then he said that he would send me a cashier's check for the amount (never happened). I just want my money back becuase i have other expenses to pay for just like everyone else, and i'm tired of worrying about it everyday. Let me know if anyone has any ideas cause i've tried everything and i'm stumped.

man that sucks ,ive been ripped off before .but not for that much ,id take legal actions against them ,i know you probly do not want to dot hat but ,thats most likely the only way youll get your money

the company is under new ownership, and supposedly all open orders had to have been closed by like 3 weeks ago, so chances are if you haven't heard anything from him about being reimbursed, then your out of luck.

Are you f**king kidding me?? Yea i'm not out of luck i'm out of 700 dollars

 

take him to court man ,just because he sold the company doesnt mean you cant go after him ,talk to a lawyer and go from there ,or even just tell him youll take him to court ,im sure he wont want to deal with and will just pay you some cash

Thats what i want to do, but i don't want to go through the hassle. I wish he could just paypal me the money cause it's instant.
