Default Can I rotate the HKS SS bov?

I was wondering if I could rotate the HKS SS Bov so it is facing the right side of my car becuase it will not fit in with my strut tower bar unless I rotate it or move it. Would it effect its performance if I rotate it? Also I am using the stock drag pipe that I bought it with, can I just rotate it or do I need to cut it off and re-weld it? Thanks!

yes, you can, if it get stuck, take the BOV out and lubricate the o-ring using water or small grease...then out the BOV back in the flange then turn it...
