Default civic starting problems

Every now and then my civic has problems starting. Like i will start it up and move it then i will come back and it wont start, it just turns over but will not fire. Then i will come back like 30 min to a hour later and it will start right up. Any one have an idea of why it does this.

Start off by checking the main relay.

idk when the last time it was replaced but it turns over and doesnt have trouble turning of it just wont fire, like its not geting spark, fuel, or who knows. Also would not driving the car often have anything to do with it cause sometimes it will sit for like 2 weeks and not get drivin?
