Default d16 d15 trans need to be sure

My trans in my 91 si is hung up in second gear , there is nothing i can do for that trans its done , buddy of mine has a jdm d15 trans that he will let me have will that trans work on my d16 motor (im still new to hondas and i searched) lil help thanks jim

JDM D15B = Hydraulic Transmission

Currently, that is a no go in our chassis.

That is correct, but since common nomenclature around here is for the JDM D15B to be the OBD-1 version, clarification would have to come from the original poster.

even if it is a hydro tranny doesnt hasport or somebody make a kit to make it work in a cable tranny car?

all i know about that trans is that he went to japan for vacation where i dont know he brought that back with him cost him lot get that on plane lol , i said to him would it bin easyer find one around here guess not lol
