when we first installed the b18c into my hatch, we wired up the fan to be on once the key was in the ignition, and is on at all times during driving

now my question is, how much can perfromance be hindered because of this?

Well, it wont mess up the perforamnce. When the engine is cold, before the thermostat opens. theres no coolant going through the radiator anyway. So the fan is wasting away for no benefit. No harm, but why would you want it constantly running? Too much noise and a waste of battery charge. My fan never comes on unless ive been driving for atleast 30 minutes. It just seems wasteful to me.

 

why not put in a integra radiator?
I got one in and the fan barely comes on.
