Default Radiator Fan Not Functioning. Really Stumped.

Hey everyone. I have a 1993 Honda Del Sol and recently replaced the radiator. The old radiator cracked because it turns out the radiator fan was not functioning. I'm trying to figure out what the issue is and through various tests I've determined that the fan itself functions, the fan relay is functioning, and the cooling fan switch is functioning. Any ideas for what would be causing my fan to not function? Thanks.

I've stated that I replaced the radiator. I don't need to blow more money on an aluminum one. The engine gets to running temperature and the radiator fan doesn't kick on.

check the plastic around the connector is it damaged? burnt/melted? clean the inside of the connector and make sure it's getting good contact.

Yes, the temperature reaches beyond the point where the fan should kick on.

Have you checked the fuse for the fan? Should be a 15amp

None of the fuses are blown.

Well somethings missing.

How did you perform these various tests? How did you determine the fan switch works?

I checked the fan unit itself by connecting it to the battery: It works.

I checked the relay by bypassing the fan switch: It works.

The fan switch itself is brand new (I decided to replace it along with the radiator), and I checked the resistance on it, and it seems to be correct.

How quickly does it hit operating temperature? does the gauge show over halfway on the dash board? Are you overheating during idle (traffic), on the high way, or both? If the car is stock, or relatively stock, an OEM radiator should be just fine.

The car is pretty much stock, engine-wise. It heats up normally, but I'll take it out, drive it for about fifteen minutes in summer heat, pull over and check to see if the fan is running, and it isn't. So something isn't clicking in the system.

Did you properly bleed the system?
