hey,my speedo, tach, turn signals aren't working.

it just stopped working when i was driving, my car starts,i checked the fuses also.
wondering did i shorted it out somewhere,any ideas or ways to fix this?

when i turn on my brights they show up on the cluster,also my srs(it has been always on)

 

Sure the plug in the back of the cluster didn't become unhooked?

 

maybe. i just ran outside,also my hazards work too,just speedo,tach,fuel and temp,turn signals don't.

the little light that shows up when you turn on your lights works also.

 

Look under the dash at your fuse box. Find the blown fuse and replace it. Problem fixed.

 

i did, but i replaced that already.
checked again, no blown fuses.

I am having the same problem. Nothing works except for the alternator light. This is the second time this happened. It happens randomly too. I took my cluster out last night, tried a new one, same problem. Put it back together with the original one, and it worked... This morning, doesnt work again.

Does anybody have any ideas? Its not a fuse, checked all of them.

 

TRUST ME ON THIS:


CHECK YOUR BACK UP LIGHT 10A underdash FUSE. even if it doesnt look bad, it could still be. it is together to the circuit of that side of the guages.

Ok, i took the cluster out checekd the connections, etc etc.

Put everything back in... WORKS Again.. I DID Nothing... we'll see if it happens again.

im gonna replace that fuse for the hell of it.

 

So it worked for a few days. Then today, it was working all morning. I went somewhere for a couple hours. I went to start my car and sure enough, it doesnt work again, only thing that works are turn signals, alternator, etc.

So i proceed to drive home, and on the way, out of no where it starts working again, rpm and mph jump up to where the car is and so does the temp and fuel. While this happens, the oil pressure light keeps blinking, but I know i have good oil pressure so I continue driving until a red light. I then turn the car off and restart it. It still works.

It is currently working correctly, but I really can not figure out the problem. I am going to buy some new fuses tomorrowo and replace them just in case.

Does anybody have any ideas at all? Please help.
