For maximum traction on dry pavement, get the Falken Azenis RT-615 (in 205/50-15, 215/45-16, or 205/40-17). They wear fast (10-12K miles is typical treadlife) and they're not the best in rain, but they are awesome on dry pavement. For a high-horsepower application, they're a great choice.
If you need something with outstanding dry grip that's almost as good, and is better in rain (important in Florida) and lasts a lot longer (20-40K miles), consider the Goodyear F1 GS-D3. A bit pricey, but an awesome tire. Available in 205/45-16 or 205/40-17, but not in a 15" size for an Integra. Also a great choice, if you don't have 15" wheels.
You should be willing to live with the high cost of either of these tires (high purchase price for the F1 GS-D3, high cost due to the frequency of replacement for the Azenis); after all, why go to all the time and expense of upgrading power, unless you're going to have tires that can deliver the power to the ground?
BTW, it would help if you could mention the wheel size for your car, so we could talk about availability in the right size for your car.
