So I was driving home tonight I was coming home from a friends house.I decide to take the "loop" (which is some windy back roads,very wooded and,alot of canals and marsh surrounding the road) If you've ever been to daytona beach you've probbaly heard of it.Well any way,I was driving through I had about four cars behind me and prob 2 or 3 coming in the opposite direction,I see something in the road in the distance.....it was a dead deer.I couldnt slame on my brakes b/c of the jackass riding my tail and I couldnt get over b/c of the on coming traffic.So yup I ran it over.Well I thought it had went under and I was like woo hooo So I got home about 15 min later to find this trashed carcus stuck under my car!After 15 min pulling on it it finnally came out.Then I washed all up underneath my car (I mean very good!!!!)I still have that discusting smell an suggestions on getting rid of this smell?

 

I would take it to get it proffessionally steam cleaned.

They usually drive it over one of those in ground mechanic bays and spray it with super hot water/soap.

 

lol... i've been thru there before, damn that sucks. Hope you get rid of that smell

That sucks man! I thought I had bad luck tonight, I just swerved a opposum going like 70, but getting a dead deer stuck under the car, Dang! Try some sort of heavy cleaner, if it's under the car you can't damage paint or anything. Or just Febreeze it, lol!

That sucks man. That smell is teh suck.

Steam cleaning seems like the best way to get that smell to go away.

If anything a pressure washer and some elbow grease/soap would probably help.

Yes, unfortuneately it only really works on fabric.

Getting it steamcleaned shouldn't be very expensive, and will definately do the job.

that sucks dude i know how you feel, a week ago i was driving down the road and there was a dead squirrel in the middle of the road. I was going to swerve but there was a car on the other side of the road. i thought going underneath the middle of my car it would be fine, nope the ****** bounced off my h-brace and stuck to my down pipe. when i got half way home he started smoking a bit and it was horrible. i know how you feel that is some nasty ****!

well it was pretty bad when he started smoking smelling like bernt flesh but i see your point lol. that had to be some nasty **** cleaning all that off, all i did was take a broom and push his fried *** out of my h-brace.

 

I actually like squirrel meat haha. I'm from the hills originally so...hehe.

Cool me and a couple friends were over there this past weekend.You should come out to are meet some time,I know its a lil drive but its worth it.Alot of nice cars great guys and its always a nice turn out.It's off of international speedway blvd. in the kmart parking lot every thursday night.

 

I'll have to see if I can make it out sometime.
