are y7and y8 vlave spring and valves the same

i have a valves vlave springs and retainers for a y8 head wondering if the would fit in the y7 head ,anything would help thanks

i think z6,y8,y7,d17 are all the same.thats what it says on laskeys website

you forgot one <FONT COLOR="blue"> s2000</FONT> also work on the SOHC
