92-95 civic dx trim to cx trim
has anyone change the trim meaning the side moldings to a cx, meaning filling in or some how deleting the side moldings, if so how did you do it, and how is it working out? I just bought a dx hatch , and would like to fill in the moldings to make it look like a cx
I prefer the CX look as well. Hybridkoop shaved his on the coupe project.

take off the mouldings (duh) grind down the holes till metal shows then knock them in slightly. then weld them up, then bondo them up. thats really the only secure way to do it. Then tight wipe the hole moulding and find a block that fills up the place that you just wiped and block it straight. its kinda a pain the butt so it might take a couple priming to get it lookin straight
