Front Bumper OEM Part number?

there's 2 part numbers for illustration number 1, the front bumper.
106187 and 106188, both are same price.. why are there 2 of them? anyone know? i've got a stupid certifit one and i plan on getting an OEM one before i have my car repainted.

This is the only reason I've ever seen for different part numbers for what appears to be the same exact part.

are they both OEM or is like one OEM and the other certi-crap?
the certifit sits slightly higher, and has a gap under the headlights that bugs the bajeebus outta me

Both OEM. Honda sells them and uses them on their cars stock. The part numbers are actually in Honda's system. If it were aftermarket they wouldn't be in there.
Of course Honda has different companies make their parts (like Stanley and Enkie), but said parts are still OEM.
