So my gas gauge recently went out or something. It had been acting weird ever since I changed my timing belt and water pump. I thought I wasn't getting as good as mph as I had been before the new timing belt and water pump but maybe my gas gauge has just been messed up. Well today I filled up my gas..about 9 gallons..and it stayed at the spot where it was before I got more gas. Is it the wiring or what could it be?

 

Honda's gas gauges are notorious for being "off".. Are you sure it's just not that?

 

yea, its not just off. It was just off before but now it seems like its not working. Should have had a full tank of gas but the needle stayed at about 1/3
