which set up do you think will make more power... a good raceheader (buddyclub, toda, etc) and a 70mm exhaust, or an itr-style upper manifold (oem itr or spoon) and a 70mm upper header-back exhuast (mugen n1 or j's 70mm)? thanks...

 

a header that will open up to a 3 inch woud be nice.. you need 3 inch to achive max Hp anyways, im prolly gona run an SMSP and 3in kteller off of that .. race header of anytipe is gona fetch more gains that any itr manifold style unit.
