AVID torque mounts has anyone used them?
I have one in my car on the passenger side and the Full Race ProAm traction bars with the extra heims joint that connects to the motor, works great. Keep in mind the torque mounts are for up and down movement so........

its annoying but I am use to it, plus my motor does not move at ALL as I also have a solid rear mount. Dash bounces, fenders rattle and my mirrors slightly shake from the mounts.

hahaha well maybe I do
But really, I have sold a dozen of these and some people love them and some people cant take the vibrations, if it is a DD you will probably not like them because they will vibrate like crazy but they do an awsome job at keeping your engine in place.

Trust me they work well, those 3 mounts EVEN at the stiffest urethane from Hasport don't control the torque, you need torque mounts UNLESS you have a solid solid solid mounts BUT still I would suggest them. A friend had some Place racing mounts really stiff and no torque mounts and the motor torqued and hit the firewall and hood and pulled the liquid filled mount out!

I noticed a difference by adding the torque mounts when I already had the 3 piece billet mounts

my 3 main mounts are not super stiff (probably like hasport 70a) and I have solid tq mounts I made from 1" solid umhw with a steel bushing. It fixed my high rpm shifting problem but I cant take the vibration. Its extremely loud inside and my mirrors are almost useless. I'm building some softer ones asap
