FS: 97 Civic Hatch!!
Name: Quang
Location: Centreville, VA
Means of Contact: PM, AIM=MrQuanggg
Miles: 108,000
Price: 2,800 obo Clean title in hand!
Only reason I am selling it, is because of a slight financial situation that just came about.
I really don't want to sell this because I miss my old EK hatch that I sold to my brother.
Exterior:
Body is in good condition with straight body panels, but the hatch needs some alignment.
It use to have a 99-00 front end, but was stolen during the ownership of Minimal Xistanc.
Definitely could use a fresh paint job, obviously.
Interior:
All black panels. Power windows, power locks (locks will work once wired up to an alarm system).
AC is nice and COLD! No radio or antennae, but factory wire harness is still there.
No speakers besides the one in the back driver side.
Motor:
Completely stock. No check engine light.
I just did a compression test and it read Cylinder 1 = 120psi, Cylinder 2 = 117psi, Cylinder 3 = 120psi, Cylinder 4 = 121psi.
*Note- PSI numbers should be within 5psi from each other.
Motor runs very well, and idles smooth.
Clutch has been replaced with 6000 miles. Stock engagement, and stock firmness.
Has a full 5zigen exhaust system.
Suspension:
Unsure on what brands the shocks and springs are, but they do feel very good for a daily. Not harsh at all, has good feedback, and not bouncy.
Springs look to be Tein, but I do not know 100%
The shocks have adjustable perches for ride height.
Just move the C-clip up or down on the shock body than move the spring perch to that height.
Same setup as Koni yellow shocks, but with more height selection.
Addition information:
Mechanically, this car runs perfectly. All it needs is some TLC cosmetically.

Price is obo, but please make atleast a decent offer, the price was at $3200 now it is dropped down to $2800. I do have the rear deck cover, rear carpet, full size spare (not the donut), and the back section of the rear seat (does not have the bottom section where you sit on). The front area is complete minus one vent cover on the driverside dash, no radio or antennea (all wiring for speakers are there), and a button cover for one of the accessory items such as a fog light swtich.
