I looked up how to diy camber kits for 92-00 civics and only found how to do it for the rear. does diy camber kits work on front? in not, how come?
the front doesn't use the same pieces that are used in the back. if you read the DIY for the camer kit on the rear, and then go outside and look at the front suspension, you'll hopefully answer your own question.
there are quite a few different companies that make front camber kits with varying prices. the two i have off hand or ingalls and skunk2. do a search and you will see what you will need for the front.

To fix extreme negative front camber, the entire front A-arm needs to be replaced with an after-market adjustable one. The diy washer trick is just used to shim the rear oem arm (that would regularly be replaced with an adjustable one) so it pushes the arm further out and corrects negative camber. Many people, however, just get a full 4 wheel alignment to fix the toe angle and go without camber kits, most with much success. All 4 tires tuck on my ej8 (which is why I don't use a kit... 'cause I physically can't adjust the camber any more than it is cause it's millimeters from rubbing my sidewalls) and with a proper alignment, I have very minimal camber wear. If you have the clearance, get some front kits and shim the rears. If not, get an alignment and some good tires and you'll be fine.
