H22 CRX?

H22 CRX?
I have a h22 motor on a 91 crx right now. I ran 13.2 at the track w/ no mods at all not even spark plug and wires. Can i get in the low 12's w/ stage 2 crower cams w/ slick?

just get slicks and you're in the 12s
cams dont really help much unless you do other ****..Like higher compression,intake manifold,throttle body,and a GOOD header,
