The 05-06 Type-S exhaust is as good as any aftermarket exhaust with out all the noise. I have a DCRH, 06 S exhaust, and K-pro, it sounds great at WOT.

with a raceheader added on sounds great
i had i/rh/k-pro setup for about a year
you'll hear most of the noise from your esmm/torque damper than the raceheader itself, unless your gunning it
but there is a little rumble to it on idle

the stock 05-06 exhaust is really free flowing as it is, most aftermarket exhaust set-ups bottle neck to less than 2.5 ID, if you get a new exhaust make sure that it is a true 2.5 ID or larger if you want to see real gains.

IMO, it is not worth the 3-4 HP you'll get with an aftermarket exhaust over the 05-06 exhaust. Most of the 2.5" exhausts are too loud for a daily driver.

Just keep what you have--you've already paid for it.
