filling tranny...
when i did my sohc zc swap in my 88 crx i filled mine with 10w-30 but it started to grind third when i would max out second and shift (which it didnt do before the swap because i just kept the dx tranny).
But about a week ago i went to autozone and the salesman recomended this pennzoil syncromesh gear oil that is actually made for gm's but he said he used it in his 92-95 hatch with a gsr swap and it worked fine. Anyways it costs about 6.49 a quart and it is in a tall yellow plastic 1qt container. (you will need two quarts of whatever you use)
But to fill the tranny you look on the passenger side of the tranny near where the axle goes in and there are two plugs, one towards the bottom that you use a 3/8 ratchet (no socket) to drain the tranny and then there is one plug more towards the rear and upwards from the first plug that you use to fill. I believe it is a 17mm. Then you just fill there until it is full, should only take about 20 minutes.
What i did was cut a piece of rubber hose to shove in the fill hole so that i could fill from the engine bay.

yeah i put it in and took it around the block romping the hell out of it and no grinds!
I had it wide open throttle and redlined second then rammed it into third as quick as i could and it went in smooth as hell
