Anyone buy any of that Ebay performance stuff off ebay like $15 CAI, $20 header, full stainless cat back $100, etc...

 

Is it worth possibly getting screwed out of. Obviously you get what you pay for. But for my DD and not a super perfomance car do you think that any of that is worth it.

a CAI is a pipe and a filter nothing too extraordinary with that therefore Ebay is fine

think you'll really get stainless cat back for $100? or a cheap stainless "look alike?"

how long and how well do you think a 20$ header is, when people pay huge bucks for them?

 

ebay cai is fine... i'd get a better filter though.

anything other no name stuff i'd stay away from. it is cheap and poor quality.

Intakes? AEM has my vote
Header? EX header isn't bad but whatever works (DC Sports, etc)
Suspension? Ground Controls + Koni Yellows is my vote
Strut Bars? Cusco has my vote

i think the only thing from that list that u should get from ebay is the intake. piping on all intakes are almost the same doesnt matter if theyre aem or ebay. the only thing would do is get a k&n filter and your set. headers, ive heard a lot of ppl having problems with the fitment and gaskets.other people had good experience with them. so thats your choice.

LX Accord Coupe, but just curious just my DD and didn't want to spend a bunch of money.

 

Is a cheap stereo going to sound as crisp and clear as an expensive one? or even as a moderatly priced one? from my experience no...Stick with the CAI or short ran intake...but stay away from all the other crap.
