Default CTR cams and pistons question...

Sup guys...if I order these CTR cams and pistons, what else do I need to get them installed? I know cam gears should go with the cams...but what else do i need for the pistons? Also, will they just drop right in or will i have to customize anything? I/H/E on a 97 GSR is all i'm dealing with right now...i've heard good things about the ctr cams and the pistons seem really cheap as well. I also have no clue as to what ballpark I'm looking at to have the pistons installed. Anyone able to fill me in a bit? thanks in advance. --Kyle

well you should get some new rings to go with the pistons and possibly some stronger rodbolts as for the cams you can run stock valvesprings if you dont raise the redline otherwise you gotta get something a little stiffer, oh also a new headgasket would be good and some cam seals, I would recomend finding a friend who has done it before and do it yourself otherwise you're looking at a lot of money for install (12-15 hours at 55-75 dollars an hour) total estimate might be way off

out of curiosity...why would i want a new headgasket..to raise/lower compression or another reason? is there a particular one you would recommend? Sorry for the annoying questions...

yeah you can get certain ones to raise or lower the compressioin, but CTR cams will give you such high compression that i wouldnt do anything else, its just a good time to replace it when the heads off cuase they do wear out
