Carbon Fiber Hood?
I know theres been a million threads about this stuff, but i have a specific question for your opinions...
K my carbon fiber hood is JACKED after about a year of not waxing it as much as i should have, its oxidized like crazy! i've tried it all, and everything out there is just a temporary fix, something to just cover up the oxidization...
The only painting shop in town i have found that will touch it is wanting 250 just to sand down the gel coat, and shoot some clear coat on it.. (they said they deal with cf all the time, which is reassuring) but for like 350 i could just get a brand new hood... so what would you guys do?

More layers ON the carbon fiber. I'm guessing he's talking more layers of clear.
