I used 600 grit sandpaper, and just black spray enamel for outdoor use. I'm sure you've seen pics of them, if not i'll post pics again.

now i got 2 lame questions

should i remove the wheels? should i paint everything even inside the wheel or just the outside part that you can see? do i use clearcoat? and how would i leave the silver lip on

any info you guys can provide will be awesomely apreciated
