Default Turbo Elements.....

I have Paid for all of my parts in the middle of December 2006. Till now I have not received everything I have ordered. I keep getting a bunch of excuses, no emails, and no phone calls.

The excuses I usually get is from Tim:
1. Everytime I call you phone it go directly to voice mail.
2. I have shipped out the package all ready.
3. Ups damaged the box and lost some items so I am going to have to replace some of the missing parts.
4. I Gran Dad is in the hospital.
5. I don't know what is wrong with UPS, I'll call them.
6. I promise you will get your remaining parts on May 11th 2007

Also he have provided me with a tracking number that showed nothing has been picked up by UPS.

WOW!

Good looking out, HNLV! I'm so sorry to hear about that! I would have called a lawyer at this point! Very scary that there are such shady people out there.

Best of luck in getting your stuff, homie! Bump for an informative thread!

Well you forgot that I offered you a refund about 2-3 months ago that you refused and it is only for couplers, t bolts and a cold side pipe for the backdoor that I owe you, the pipe that was damaged I said I would send a piece so you could have it fixed.

Tom I have not heard from you since I called and talked to your brother (I believe that is who it was awhile back)

And I have been posting on here and have no plans to leave anytime in the near future.

Hell I will give him the refund for the couplers and Tbolts Like I have already offered. Not a big deal either way.

I messed up and didn't get the replacement parts that fell out of the damaged box.

I'm working it out with Hoang right now just to let everyone know, so now I just need to talk to Tom and get him good to go. So Tom PM me or I can call you, but I need your number.

Nobody gives a **** whether or not you talk to him. Give him his parts or give him a refund. End of story

What kind of business do you people run - aside, of course, from one that I will never patronize?

Actually we run a very successful business, and with any business that does a large amount orders there is bound to be a couple orders that will get screwed up. And if you think that isn't the case then you are living in a dream world.
All we can do is correct the mistakes the best we can and move forward, you will never be able to make every transaction 100% perfect.

Just spoke to Tom and I appreciate Tom's post clearing up any confusion on our matter and he is being taken care of as we speak.

And Hoang has his tracking number that will be picked up this afternoon.

That would be me. I don't care to get into it again, but against my intuition I had hoped more would change than the business name for Tim. I really should stop questioning my intuiton.

Well, when you give shitty service to your customers, what else do you expect.

And yeah, hopefully you won your bet--at the rate your going, that's the only income stream you'll have b/c you don't seem to take your business seriously.
